The ice cream parlor Venezia is located directly in the heart of Hamburg-Altona opposite to the shopping center Mercado. During the summer months you can enjoy here a multitude of ice cream variations. You can either get take-away ice cream or you can sit on a table in the pedestrian zone and watch the pedestrians. In addition the ice cream parlor has a backyard where you can relish their homemade ice cream. Prices are normal and the ice cream tastes excellent. Negative point is that you sometimes really have to wait a long time for recieving your order. Nevertheless my conclusion: If you need a break of shopping in Altona, the ice cream parlor Venezia is a good choice, if you like good ice cream.
